About camping in The Semois valley
The Semois winds through deep forest in hairpin loops, and the villages sit in the bends. This is the quiet end of the Ardennes, down towards the French border and the warmer Gaume. Many campsites are right on the river, with a canoe landing at the bottom of the field.
