Camping de Molenhorst is a fantastic (small) campsite for all ages. There are plenty of toys, such as tractors, go-karts, and large blocks, to play with. There's a nice canteen (living room) with a cozy atmosphere. Excellent sanitary facilities and plenty of hot water, even for washing dishes. There's plenty of nature both on the campsite itself and in the surrounding area, and Beilen, Assen, and Westerbork are all close by. There are also animals like sheep, goats, and a pony on the campsite. And if you listen carefully, you can hear the chickens. In short, I had a wonderful ten-day stay. The only downside is the pigeons that perch above your caravan, camper, or awning after eating fruit.

A nice, quiet little campsite for a one-night stopover. A warm, friendly welcome. Beautiful sanitary facilities. I would recommend it. Free charging lockers. Vegetable garden. Living room for coffee, tea, etc. Slept well.

Well kept camping grounds, fire pit, ready made spacious tents or you can set your own. Horses, goats, beautiful play area for kids and very clean bathrooms. There is an honesty bar on site, you can watch sport there on the big screen tv. Owner is helpful and friendly.The beds in the Made up tents are very comfortable.
