We spent the last week and a half at this campsite. It's true that the toilets and showers are outdated/basic. But what we find most important is the hygiene. From what we saw, it's definitely in good order. They're cleaned several times a day. Not to mention the "gardener" who immediately takes care of trimming the hedges, trees, and mowing the lawn after a camper leaves. The manager also stopped by as we walked by to ask how things were going. We enjoyed our stay.

We had booked a week. So fishing was not possible, the toilets were very neglected and looked terrible. Also, absolutely no empathy from the owner. We had to leave 5 days early due to family circumstances. I asked if we could be compensated for those days. The owner's answer was: just sort it out with your travel insurance.
