Surprised and really satisfied with our stay at Camping Zwinderen. This small, tidy and cosy place is being run by a calm, serviceminded and friendly family - very polite and positive. Having three boys with us at 5, 8 and 10 we found that this was an absolute precious jewel placed in between the trees with a perfectly safe size for our kids to roam more or less freely. Access to the pool area came free og charge as guests at the camping site, and is a huge positive to the stay. The nearby village(s) and canals are idyllic and authentic sorroundings, and if you like to bike arund - then you will find extra joy in the gem. Moon cars and showers were included in the stay (cheap!) A bonus were that the camping site was car free, as you have to park your car at the entrance once you've unpacked The playgrounds were just fine and chickens going for a stroll made the stay even more cozy. There were almost only dutch people around - but this is a place worth of driving from Norway as we did. We will come back - hopefully with a bunch of friends and family.
