Had a fabulous couple of nights here with my 2 children in August 2025. The tent was spotless and the beds comfortable. The shower was lovely. It was great to be able to let the children out to play in the vast space in front of the tent whilst we sat on the comfy chair on the veranda. We made use of the general pool as well as the private Wellbeing Area which was wonderfully relaxing even with the kids! There was so much to explore in the area, I wish we'd been able to stay longer!

Our stay at this campsite was a complete disaster. The staff were rude and unprofessional from the beginning. The toilets barely flushed, and the showers had either burning hot or ice cold water – no way to adjust the temperature. We paid extra for a grill, but what we got was disgusting: it was full of mold and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The water connection didn’t work properly either, and the Wi-Fi they advertised didn’t work at all. When we politely asked for our deposit back, the staff became aggressive, shouted at us, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We were forced to call the police, who confirmed we were in the right – but the staff still refused to give us our money back. This was by far the worst camping experience we’ve ever had. Stay away from this place!

Gonna be a long review cause it was eventful. We stayed there during easter weekend. Dont expect anyone welcoming or giving instructions or being available. Rooms heater were out of fuel and we had to fill them ourselves. We were warned for smoking next to campfire. First night because of talking sounds at 12, owner david came screaming and telling us we are out first thing in the morning and after that he ran away. In the morning he sent only warning message. Half of the group left after that incident. The place has a wellness facility and also after first night, he said we didnt use it properly (people went in with makeup) and therefore we were banned. That is the only meaningful activity and without any warning or instructions he banned us and did not return any money. Lastly the place where we fill gas for heaters were locked so second night our heater was out of fuel and we slept in cold without able to refuel it. Overall, the owner is either not present and doesn't give any instructions and rude. He haven't dealt with any problems before as his problem management skills are non existent, you cannot scream and then run away from your clients. They can revoke your rights to anything without warning or pre-instructions. The place is nice but don't go there if you are friends or anyone who likes a bit of information about the rules, any service, make music after 10 or smoke anything, even cigarettes as they made us walk 1km away from the land as only smoking area is there.
