A lovely, small-scale farm campsite, especially suitable for families with children between 2 and 10 years old, but for older children, there are canoe and sub rentals. You can also rent a boat. The barbecue and pizza baking evenings are fun and well-attended. We used a tiny house ourselves, which was complete with a refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. There's also a kettle and a coffee maker. And there's a smart TV where you can log in to your own accounts! Please note that the sleeping areas are low and the stairs have very high steps. A camp bed isn't suitable for upstairs because it's very low there.

Very cute campsite. Good prices and nice for kids. However, it's next to a cow 'farm' and so it often smells of their output, there are MANY flies and mosquitoes and you hear the cows often. They're stuck in metal stables so it sounds like they're doing the (metal)dishes all night long... The toilets are actually small bathrooms which is very nice. Not very clean though... There's a sink, shower and toilet in one. With a nice heater for the room and your towel. You're allowed to make fires and the kids have lots to play. (If they're, say, under 12) The farm is wonderful. Many free roaming animals the kids can enjoy. Two playgrounds and skelters to drive. On the pizza and pizza+bbq food truck nights you can make your own pizza and get lots of nice food. There's a great atmosphere and you can borrow games or go for a boat ride.
