It was a very warm welcome at Sjardemahof at the start of our cycling holiday! A warm reception and many thanks for the extra tip regarding the Elfsteden cycling route, namely that a fountain can be found in every city. This gave the trip an extra touch. We were allowed to park the car until after our cycling holiday. We visited several campsites, but this one stood out brilliantly! 👌 In terms of hospitality, camping grounds, sanitary facilities, and communal (covered) area. Saskia and Jan-Henk have made a great professional switch. 🌟

What a lovely farm campsite with very hospitable and friendly owners. Only open for four months, the sanitary facilities are very nice and new. There's also an indoor area that will be further expanded with a veranda. It's a 15-minute bike ride from the center of charming Sneek and 5 minutes from a supermarket.

Pleasantly surprised by this gem of a brand-new nature campsite. My 'Ambulanja' and I felt like we'd won the jackpot. A warm welcome and a beautiful location. Frisian life right in the middle of it all. Beautiful weather and tranquility. Two thumbs up. I'll be back again. Thanks to the owners, who made me feel right at home.
