What a wonderful place! Els and Jan have everything perfectly arranged. A lovely, sheltered garden with basic but excellent and clean sanitary facilities. And they sure can cook! Be surprised with a super fresh dinner or a full breakfast. It's brought to your pitch, and they even bring cutlery and crockery. So after dinner, put your feet up instead of having to do those always-annoying dishes. A truly peaceful place. Els and Jan, thank you so much for this relaxing weekend, and enjoy the camping season. Had a wonderful weekend at this campsite. It was a great base for 2 stages of the Groot Friesland Pad, the owner took us to the starting points by car, absolutely great. The owners are very friendly, helpful and accessible, from arrival to departure. The campsite is quiet, each camping spot has a handy jetty available, which is very nice in the wet weather.

Had a great time here, nice and back to basics. Lovely spots with plenty of sun or shade. Lots of walkers (Great Friesland Trail) and cyclists. Pick-up and drop-off service by the owner is absolutely top-notch. Els and Jan make the guests feel completely at ease (a beer after a long walk).
