Our initial experience with Stalling31 Alkmaar/Hensbroek has been truly excellent. We called ahead to check availability and received very friendly and clear assistance over the phone. A few weeks later, we were able to return our boat without any hassle. The evening before the storage, we received a clear email with all the instructions for returning the boat and accessing the grounds. On the day itself, we had a short, pleasant conversation with the owners. The system with convenient pick-up and drop-off areas works perfectly. After returning, we received a prompt message that the boat had been checked in and was neatly stored. We'll be picking up the boat again in the spring, and based on this experience, I'm confident that will also go smoothly and efficiently. In short: a reliable, customer-friendly, and professional storage facility that we definitely recommend!

I'm a new customer at this storage facility. I just brought my campervan in for the first time. It went much easier than expected. I received a "digital key" in advance to open the sliding gate. Afterward, I received a very friendly and helpful welcome, with clear instructions on how to retrieve it. The storage facility is very spacious. Upon pickup, the campervan is placed in the outdoor area and the key is placed in a key safe. Based on my experiences so far, I'm confident that this will go smoothly. You can adjust the tire pressure upon pickup. Great!
