We had a fantastic week here last year, so we'll definitely be back again this year. We weren't lucky: the toilet pushbutton was broken, there was no toilet paper, the boiler was broken (cold water), and the shed where the children's toys were stored was thrown in (in and on top of each other). Lots of toys were broken and dirty. The Wi-Fi is only good in the bathroom area. It's a bit of a letdown since the maintenance was overdue. This makes the price-quality ratio high. Incidentally, the owners are very friendly and helpful. Still.

We had a wonderful time at this campsite with our campervan. Spacious pitch (you can choose your own), beautiful panoramic views, and lots of peace and quiet. The three owners are very hospitable, customer-friendly, and hard-working. As for the campsite itself: clean sanitary facilities and various spaces, authentic farm-style, which we really liked. The campsite is also very child-friendly, with plenty of toys available. What gives it 5 stars is the three owners. They have a passion for the campsite and their guests. Friendly SVR campsite. Plenty to do for children, many animals (donkeys, goats, chickens), and lots of toys. The sanitary facilities could use a facelift, though they are clean. Ruimzicht is run by an older couple assisted by their son. The owners are cat lovers (there were two litters) and collectors of enamel household items.
