We arrived Saturday morning and were warmly welcomed by Martin. After a clear explanation, we were allowed to choose a spot. Spacious pitches in a beautiful setting, separated from the next pitch by a small hedge and apple tree. In the evening, Martin and his daughter offered us a tasting of homemade elderberry juice and jam (which they also sell at reception), followed by an informative tour of the adjacent food forest. Clean toilets and showers (with hot water) were very nicely located in the construction shed. During a walk towards Markelo, about 7 kilometers, we discovered all sorts of sights that we unfortunately couldn't visit because we had a different destination. But all the more reason to come back again.

What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful surroundings for cycling. A warm welcome from the family. We ordered a drinks platter, and how lovely! It's a real surprise and a real gift to unwrap, so creative! We'll definitely do it again.

It's always a joy to come back here regularly and enjoy this gem among campervan sites. It's wonderful to see the food forest continue its development and to experience the enthusiasm and hospitality of Martin, Fanny, and Meggie. The restrooms are spotlessly clean, we enjoy the many birds, the peace and quiet, and are occasionally treated to fruit from their own garden, all in a beautiful natural setting. Of course, we'll be taking home jars of homemade jam to savor at home!
