I recently stayed at your this campsite for one week, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't so satisfactory. I feel it is important to share my concerns, as the conditions greatly affected my family’s comfort and health. The mobile home we stayed in was not clean upon arrival. There was mold on the ceiling in the toilet, dust on the sockets and under the bed. My son suffers from asthma, and he began coughing during our stay. At first, I didn’t understand why, but after noticing the mold and dust, it became clear that this was the reason his asthma worsened. The aqua park area was unhygienic: the steps were very dirty with black spots. After using the aqua steps, my son developed a rash on his foot. He was left with only one pool to use, which made the vacation quite disappointing. Even the lake is unclean and has very bad smell. Overall, the cleaning standards across the site were below expectations. This experience was very different from my stay at Capfun Bongerd last year, which was absolutely amazing—everything was perfect then, and that is why I chose Capfun again. Sadly, this time was not the same.

Seen the price we paid for our stay we cannot complain too much. The accommodation was good. Clean, functional and in good condition. The park was clean and tidy, the staff helpful and nice. The animation program for the kids was really great👍 The playground next to the swimming area could need a refreshing. Same with the indoor swim bath. None of the water game items was functional, no lights in the change rooms, water temperature was way too low. All in all we had a good time there!

We own 3 houses here. It's very fun here and there are a lot of things to do. I really like the swimming pool with the big slide. You also have a little shop with freshly baked bread. They also have activities for people from every age.
