A nice small place to stay. Well organized, with tremendous space on the comfort places. Ideal for bicycle tours and perfect to visit Utrecht per bike.

I landed in the evening with my wife and two children as I am not from the Netherlands I am from the UK. I was told by the girl on the phone that it is okay to stay for five days when I have arrived they Knew I was from an ethnic minority And singled me out I booked online for five days. I spent one night and then they told me that is not racism but I have to leave. Because they have no room after booking on line and it shows that they had lots of availability it has completely upset my holiday

A bit outside of Utrecht and 30 min walk to Houten centre, this camping is a quite and pleasant one with good service. Placed on a field but protected by bushes there’s a nice shower/toilet area, kitchens and washing machines. The spots are well marked out and works for both campers, caravans or tents. And… a vending machine with local products such as eggs, flower, potatoes and tea.
