About camping in East Frisia and the North Sea coast
The flat North Sea coast of Lower Saxony, from the Dutch border to Cuxhaven, with the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands offshore. Campsites sit behind the dyke in the harbour villages, by inland lakes, and on a few of the islands. The tide sets the day here: at low water you can walk out across the mudflats.
