About camping in Mecklenburg Lake District
Hundreds of lakes between Berlin and the Baltic, with the Müritz as the largest lake inside Germany. Many campsites lie right on the water, often with a canoe launch, and the lakes are linked by rivers and canals you can paddle for days. The Müritz National Park covers much of the eastern shore.
