What a beautiful place this is! If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting at the intersection of Drenthe, Groningen, and Friesland, this is a gem. It's a wonderful place for walking and cycling. The village is nearby for groceries and dining options. And end the day watching the sun set over the fields. What a lovely, friendly campsite. We received a warm welcome right away. We were originally supposed to stay 4 nights, but it turned into 8. Every now and then, we enjoyed a delicious egg from the chickens. The toilet block needs replacing, but it's clean and the showers are nice and hot. The area is great for cycling. A lovely campsite in a beautiful garden. We enjoyed the beautiful trees and the spaciousness. A beautiful part of the Netherlands, on the border of Drenthe, Friesland, and Groningen. There's a shop nearby. You can hear the road noise, but it didn't bother us. The friendly owners provide a warm welcome! In short, highly recommended!
