What a beautiful place! We stayed on pitch number 2 with our caravan for 7 days in July. A nice, spacious pitch with a lovely view over the fields. The campsite has excellent facilities and the sanitary building is kept spotlessly clean. The surroundings are surprising. There are many cycling opportunities, including the "Bargerveen" nature reserve along the German border. Emmen and Coevorden are nearby, and villages like Klazienaveen, Nieuw Amsterdam, and Erica are nice to cycle through. In short... we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the space, and the lovely campsite. Simon and Margriet... keep up the good work with your "Vogelbos"!

What a wonderfully peaceful campsite in a beautiful natural setting! Friendly and helpful owners. We stayed two nights and will definitely be back!

A beautiful, park-like campsite. Spacious pitches. We had a fantastic, expansive view. It's wonderfully quiet. You hear lots of birdsong. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean. Very friendly owners who stop by for a friendly chat.
