This campsite has a top rating. Sure, you're right on the lake. You can swim in it. The area is very charming. But in my opinion, a top campsite should also have sanitary facilities. Here, it consists of a small container. One toilet each for men and women and two showers. The problem is that it's freely accessible to everyone. The beach at the campervan site is very crowded, so you really can't use these sanitary facilities. In the evening, the toilet is full of used diapers and who knows what else. We paid €90 including electricity and water/waste disposal. Definitely bring bicycles. The supermarket and church are too far to walk. The restaurant on site was very busy. We didn't use it.

Great spot. Great view. Right on the water. BEWARE OF MOSQUITOES! 🙂 But the showers and toilets are unusable. Poor planning if you don't make a paved path to the restrooms.

Hello, this campsite is truly fantastic because you can pitch your tent right on the water. There's also a restaurant on-site, but it's a bit pricey (hamburgers, etc.). The toilets aren't recommended as they're shared with the general public, so they're not very clean and not just for campers. Otherwise, the pitches are spacious, and electricity hook-ups cost €28 for two people per night. We're just making a short stop here before continuing on towards France. It's very nice and quiet here, with occasional air traffic in the evenings because Amsterdam Airport is nearby, but it's easily tolerable.
