Beautiful campsite/chalet park near the Frisian lakes. Good atmosphere and spacious camping pitches. Sunday is designated as a day of rest, and during the summer holidays, there is a recreation team with fun activities for young and old. There are also nice playgrounds scattered throughout the campsite, as well as football and volleyball fields. Go-karts are also available for the children. Wi-Fi is available for the youth 😉 Beautiful surroundings, nature, and a mix of forest, farmlands, and water.

A holiday park that is, in a word, fantastic. Beautiful bungalows, chalets, camping pitches, safari tents, and lodge tents. A stunning setting with lovely hiking and cycling trails. Plenty of opportunities for children to play. Even go-karts. The well-maintained park offers ample laundry, shower, and dishwashing facilities. There's also a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. There's also a library and a recreation room. Truly everything you could possibly need is available. Highly recommended.

A lovely campsite with holiday cottages and chalets. It's geared more towards families and older holidaymakers. It's a Christian campsite, and that's reflected in the people staying there. Our neighbors had leftover food and other items and brought them to us. In my experience, you don't usually see that at a holiday park. We had a shared holiday cottage where eight people could sleep in our section and six in the other. I thought that was a bit much, since the two of us had just enough space. Being stuck in the room all day with eight people in rainy weather didn't sound like much fun. There was a wooden partition in the cottage that could be removed, allowing 14 people to stay there. That seemed rather optimistic to me. You can hear the neighbors through the wall (especially with small children), but that wasn't really a problem for us. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine. The cottage was fairly new (prefabricated) and fully equipped. A comfortable bed, dishwasher, good kitchen, and even a washing machine in the shed outside. There's no TV, and the Wi-Fi isn't always great. Other amenities include a petting zoo, some playground equipment, a sandbox, a snack bar at reception that's open for an hour every day around dinnertime, etc. As I mentioned, it's a Christian campsite, so there's a Bible in every cottage and a church service on Sundays in the building near reception.
