Friendly professional staff, Nice size pitch’s, fantastic facilities that are amazingly clean considering the about guests whom wear their wetsuits while entering. Great location to windsurf, bike, hike or just hang out on the sandy beach. Store is stocked with anything you need to have a fantastic vacation in this beautiful part of Friesland.

Excellent for children, right on the beach and a playground for water sports!. Dogs allowed and a 5 min walk to a dog park, including dog swimming facilities. Dogs not allowed on main beaches, though ‘tolerated’ early morning. Be aware of mosquitoes and rabbit invasion at dusk and dawn! Nice sunset bars with good food.

The plots are medium sized, on grass. Clean bathrooms, but it is a bit smelly in the building. There's a playground and a few restaurants at walking distance. The town Makkum is a bit further away so bikes or a car a no luxury.
