What a lovely place to camp! Spacious pitches with paved surfaces (super convenient), a rural feel with lots of apple and pear trees, and a very nice and well-equipped area to gather for a drink or play a game. The sanitary facilities are neat and clean. I personally don't find the shower tokens (50 cents) very practical; the showers are also too long for me (a short showerer). On Wednesday evenings, a coffee and treat gathering is organized with the other campers: a fun initiative that creates a bond. And then the arrival of the chickens: how much fun can it be!

Open, friendly, and welcoming campsite owners Judith and Michiel. You can always drop in for anything; there's always time for a chat. You can order drinks, but bringing them from your campsite is no problem either! Tip!!!!! By the way, Judith makes a delicious limocello spritz ;-) Here are some nice photos of the campsite to get a feel for the atmosphere. There are many charming villages nearby that you can cycle to, with ferries for a longer route. The Betuwe is highly recommended for cycling enthusiasts. We had a great time!!! For the 2026 season, they are looking for a nice couple or single person who would like to lend a hand and help run the campsite with them, offering free camping (check the website if you're interested).

We spent a lovely 4 days here and would rate it one of the best campsites in NL. It's 'gezelig' and really well setup with spacious pitched, lovely activities for the children and beautiful community areas. It is also surrounded with some lovely towns. We took the boys (9 and 11) on a beautiful cycle ride to Maurik, Rijswijk across the ferry and Utrecht Heuvel National Park. Dankjewel (Thank you) Judith en Michiel
