A Five-Star Place with a Three-Star Welcome. This place genuinely has the potential to be a five-star destination, offering so much for kids and the young at heart – tons of activities and things to do. Our single-night visit could have easily transformed from a boring campervan park into a comfortable two or three-day stay if only the customer service at the reception had bothered to inform us. We must have gone to ask for advice three separate times about how things worked, from the showers to the swimming, because nothing was explained automatically; we had to figure everything out the hard way. There was nothing astronomically wrong with this one-night park, but the visit could have been SO MUCH better with just a little guidance. The facilities themselves are certainly five-star worthy, but... it's frustrating to give only three stars, yet I can't offer more, given how poor the overall presentation was. It's worth stopping if you're in the area, but make sure to tell them you're staying for two days, and if you speak German, you might get better service. Would I go back? Yes, and no.

Very poor service. We're still here right now, and we've been waiting for the keys for four hours. We spent over €1,000 to get such terrible service. I can't believe it.
