April 2025 Back again with me mate on bikes. Still an awesome place, a few beers, some good food. Picnick tables all over the site. There is a large fridge as well as a freezer in the toilet block. Also a washing and drying machine. Area outside for washing up dishes (there is hot water to the left). Wow, what a great place, one of the best sites I have been to. Hot water included in the camp price, for showers and washing the dishes. There is a restaurant/bar around 100m from the site. We don't bother as can get cold beer in Albert Heijne in Wansum. Very freindly operators. April 2023 - update. Still an awesome place. Quick over nighter with me mate on bikes. Can buy cold beer in Jan Linden (now Albert Heijne) in Wansum, 3km away. Cool bananas.

Excellent site, quiet, next to the river to swim and the owners are lovely. Fantastic value for the lone camping motorcyclist
