A fantastic campsite in an almost park-like setting. Everything is maintained with great care and passion. Very peaceful. A lovely aviary with zebra finches. A great base for cycling and hiking. Less suitable if you want to visit cities. Tip: Wallbeck, Germany, is a 6 km bike ride away and has an excellent and affordable grill restaurant.

This is definitely a campsite where you feel welcome. Beautiful, spacious pitches on well-kept lawns. The restrooms are always clean. There's a nice common room with a coffee machine. You can help yourself to fresh eggs, ice cream, and beer; the money is put into a small cash box. Bike and hiking maps are available. Very friendly owner. The area is truly beautiful for cycling and hiking. We'll be back.
