We stayed at De Heibloem for 4 days last weekend. The owners are super friendly and you can discuss anything with them. We brought the horses along; they were stabled at night and in a pasture during the day. We went on wonderful rides and lovely walks. We stayed in a Gypsy Wagon, which was perfectly fine, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed ourselves immensely (even though the weather forecast was bad, it wasn't nearly as bad during the day). And thanks again for the hospitality towards both people and animals.

I am very disappointed with this horse station. The stalls are very low and unsuitable for larger horses. One of the horses couldn't even stand in a normal stall and was kept separately in something that looked more like a cowshed – absolutely not a pleasant solution. Additionally, nails were sticking out of the wood in places where horses could easily injure themselves. This feels very unsafe and neglected. Finally, the owner was neither helpful nor friendly; comments about the situation were dismissed as nonsense. Unfortunately, all of this does not give a good impression of how horses are treated here. I would advise others to look around carefully before boarding their horse here.

Wonderful place to stay overnight. We took some beautiful rides in the area.
