Used for a family camp while playing in the local canoe polo competition. Found site clean and friendly. No issues. Large play area for kids. Notes: cars need to be parked away from pitch, although can be driven to and from. Toilets and showers clean and hot but limited in numbers. Same for washing up area, two indoors and two outdoors might get busy in so high season. Would we use again, yes.

Beautiful and quiet campsite with a view of beautiful horses! Lovely camper pitches! Extremely friendly manager/owner and excellent and clean sanitary facilities! It's a great place to cycle, and there are lovely towns in the area! It's a shame that (when we were there) there was a noticeable cluster formation between the long-term campers and those in the cabins. Passers-by or strangers staying for a week were ignored. There was gossip, and a "good morning" or something similar wasn't forthcoming from the regular guests. It's a shame, this really does the campsite a disservice.
