Three weeks at a mini-campsite for the first time. We enjoyed the surroundings and the natural beauty. We had private sanitary facilities that looked neat. They could have been a bit more spacious, perhaps. But honestly, the last three times we've had private facilities, they were just as big except for one. You felt like you were in the Biesbosch National Park when you were in the shower, because the walls were covered with Biesbosch images. The private sanitary facilities looked great. And the extra rack for stacking things was handy. We described it in a previous review. We were pitched next to the field with the goats and chickens. Very pleasant, and we experienced NO disturbance from them. No noise either. It was even nice when Art came to feed the animals around 9:15 am, because yes, the goats would enthusiastically come to him for their food and then they would bleat happily. Because of our private sanitary facilities, we didn't use the shared facilities, but they looked neat. Even around the washing machine and dryer, everything was clean, and there were no dust clouds to be seen. We'd previously stayed at a campsite with horses, and flies were constantly infested. At this campsite, we had NO problems with them for three weeks. In short, pleasant, well-maintained sanitary facilities and a laundry room. A large, well-maintained campsite. And we were lucky, at the end of August, and a good and enjoyable barbecue for the camping guests who wanted one. And there were quite a few. We also found the camping app very useful. You enter your usage and pay upon departure. And last but not least, upon leaving after three weeks, our car battery died. We'd only used it once in those three weeks. We were able to ask Art for help with that as well. They started our car with jumper cables and a tractor. We had a wonderful time. Thanks, Art and Marlies.

A super nice and cozy mini-campsite. We were on a field with very spacious pitches. You can enjoy the sun, but you can always find a shady spot too. The sanitary facilities are also very neat and always clean. The owners are also pleasant people and are careful with the grass, so they water it frequently when necessary, but this didn't cause any problems. It's also nice that cars aren't parked on the field, but in the parking lot, where there's plenty of space. Beautiful surroundings, with opportunities for many beautiful cycling routes. This campsite is highly recommended!
