We have visited many campsites, but this one is by far the most beautiful and cleanest. The surroundings are also beautiful. Alkmaar is a beautiful city. Nice cycling routes.

A campsite where you can tell the owners are passionate about everything. Everything is perfectly organized! Delicious breakfast rolls that you can order daily via the app! You can hear the birds chirping in the aviary, and you can read whatever you like from the very extensive library (by campsite standards) during your stay. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, and you're close to the beach. And yes, you can hear the road and the planes, but I'm from the city and the background noise doesn't bother me.
