Very nice owner. We arrived around 9 in the evening and the owner told us it's not problem. We were allowed to choose a camping spot on our own. Very nice campers. Overall I can really recommend this.

Very welcoming at reception and we were told to reverse into most pitches due to ground conditions if it got wet. Steel plates are available should you need them to spread the weight. We found the location of the site perfect for the town either to use the ferry bus or to walk over the bridge. The site itself would truly benefit from some investment and the sanitary block in particular. I don't think I'm that big a person but, I would struggle in the tiny showers they have. There doesn't appear to be any demarcation for pitches, which means that some park/camp very close to you with little or no privacy. In the UK there has to be a minimum of 6m between caravans/motorhomes for fire purposes.

Excellent site with ferry over the river from 0800 to 2300. Great town.
