We stayed for 8 nights whilst exploring the surrounding area. The site is well connected by bike paths and public transport to access Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Den Hage and Delft. We stayed on one of the large waterside pitches. The pitch was large, level and mainly grassed. The site is positioned by a private marina. Whilst it is possible to swim in the lake, the 'beaches' are a 5-10 min walk away and the water was green and 'soupy' during our stay. The main downside was the limited number of toilets (3 female and 2 male WCs) and showers (5 unisex) for a site with 60 pitches. Which often resulted in a wait at peak times. We also found the limited reception opening hours (0900-1200, 1400-1700) a little frustrating. Overall a nice site.

A lovely quiet and relaxed campsite by the water. Our camping pitch is big and comfy, and the shower / bathroom facilities are excellent. There's a kids playground for younger ones, and a table tennis table which is a big hit with our 10 yr old. The only thing that would improve it would be a bakery service every day rather than just at weekends.

Brilliant little site, well run very clean and tidy. Great size waterfront pitch. The Waterfront bar and restaurant is adjacent great spot to watch the action on the water. Perfect for cycling into Leiden or The Hague or just along the canals!
