Significant maintenance backlog, particularly of roads and paths. Many Polish seasonal workers reside here.

A bit of faded glory. It must have been a nice place to be in the past. Not enough parking. The barrier doesn't always open. The "living areas" are spacious and generally offer plenty of privacy. Around the park are only greenhouse complexes.
