Great place to set up camp when working in the area. It has all you need for a comfortable and clean stay.

2.5 stars rounded up to 3. There’s a few really great things and a few really annoying things. The campsite has great playgrounds and activities for kids and the staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was really good! Less nice things: unfortunately the campsite allows day visitors to pay to use the facilities. On a sunny, warm day - the already pretty big and full campsite - is unbelievably busy. The bathrooms are brand new and super nice, however at the end of the day they were extremely dirty. For some reason there was tons of water covering every single counter next to the sinks - so bad that there was water dripping onto the floor and you couldn’t put your stuff anywhere. In the family showers the floor was one big puddle of water making it unusable. Not sure why people would leave it in this state, but also noticed no one from the staff in the bathrooms later in the day (only in the morning) cleaning up. Unfortunately if the wind is in the wrong direction you do hear the A12 quite well - even through earplugs.

We had a surprisingly great stay at your place. Starting with a very welcoming chat After we arrived past the reception time, we got our pitch and started to explore the camping ground. The new sanitary building surprised me with the sheer size of it and the luxury it offered. The showers(free and as long as you want) are beyond great and I never saw something like that on other locations. We had a great trip and going to be back!!
