About camping in Veluwe

The largest stretch of forest, heath and drifting sand in the Netherlands, between the IJssel and the lakes of Flevoland. Most campsites here stand under the trees, often on sandy soil that drains fast after rain, and two national parks, the Hoge Veluwe and the Veluwezoom, sit inside the area. It is the busiest camping region of the country in July and August, and the quietest in May and September.
