About camping in Walcheren
The former island west of Middelburg, and the busiest piece of camping coast in the country. Wide North Sea beaches with dunes behind them run from Domburg past Westkapelle to Zoutelande, and behind the dunes lie Middelburg and Veere, both worth a day on their own. Book early for the summer holidays, because this is where the Netherlands goes to the sea.
