After spending Pentecost at our neighbors' Center Parcs, we realized you can't leave the park and see anything of the surrounding area. So we decided to book this campsite. It was a good choice. We were welcomed by Hennie and Millie. They explained the campsite's facilities, and then they showed us the glamping tent we'd booked for three people (two adults and one teenager). In the glamping tent, you'll find everything you need for a fun camping holiday. From a comfortable bed and bench to all sorts of play equipment, such as table tennis bats. Next to the tent is a fully equipped kitchen. Outside the tent, you can do all sorts of things, including table tennis and renting a canoe. There's an activities list in your tent, as well as a menu where you can order things like falafel in whole-wheat pita bread, delicious "patatje oorlog" (French fries with war sauce), an Angus beef burger, and more. The weather was changeable, so here are some tips. Visit the Veenpark open-air museum, all about peat. Spend a day shopping in Nordhorn (we had lovely weather there), a day at Leeraner Miniaturland (where you can also play mini golf), rent fatbikes/e-choppers in Coevorden, and explore the surrounding area. The showers and toilets are thoroughly cleaned at least twice a day. Of course, it helps if you, as a camping guest, leave them tidy after using them. By the way, if you're missing something, want to know something, or accidentally break something, please report it to the campsite owners. If they're not around, you can send them a WhatsApp message. They really do their best to ensure you have a fantastic time at this campsite. Tip 1: Bring 50-cent tokens for the shower. The average shower time is 4 minutes. Fortunately, you can also exchange them with the campsite owners. Tip 2: For extra-delicious coffee, bring your own coffee frother. We did; it felt like extra glamping.

Super nice campsite! A fantastic welcome and the most beautiful spot. Right on the water. Clean toilets and showers. A nice free cup of coffee upon arrival. Beautiful surroundings. Food is delivered to the pitches and is delicious. Large, spacious pitches. A super nice, good fishing spot.

Super mini camping. Clean and green right on the canal. Warm welcome with tea and a check that all was well the following morning, very attent. To be recommended.
