We stayed in one of the bungalows for three nights. The bungalow itself was lovely, in a quiet spot and had most of what you need. Despite advertising it as having WiFi, it didn’t. And despite asking for help with this I never got it. Gaps around the patio door which caused a draught to come through into the sitting area. Heating in the main room did not work. Tbe shop onsite is poorly stocked. Despite these negative factors, it was lovely bungalow and I would stay again.

Bit steep on pricing. But great park. Lots to do. Supermarkt. Pools. Located against the beach.

We booked a house in Europarcs Zuiderzee in October, in the school holiday season both in Germany and the Netherlands. While the house (L-Cube type) is modern and meets the expectations (although one toilet for 3 bedrooms is not enough), the services offered are, frankly, fake advertising. The pool which is advertised is actually closed and may (!) open in November. For the fakely advertised not usable pool we received vouchers for a public pool 20 minutes drive from here, in Harderwijk. Dated vouchers, for one day- want more, have to go back to reception and ask... The indoor playground has no airflow and literally stinks. You can book bowling but cannot order drinks from the bar on site; if you want to drink something, have to go around the building (outside, so fun experience when it rains) and get out from the restaurant, then carry it back to the bowling alley. The restaurant is a little more than a camping fast food, but the prices are at the same level as the proper restaurants from parks in the Center Parcs or Landal chains. The advertised Pizza place is actually a 24x7 vending machine outside in the rain, will not even mention the quality of the frozen reheated pizzas. Overall , the facilities area is a big construction site, and barely usable. And to top it up, the Deluxe package we booked was not in the house, so had to buy the morning coffee from the Spar supermarket in the park (Reception only opens at 9.00). Then complained at the reception and the "in 10 minutes" timeframe they gave for delivering the missing products to the house turned into 1 and a half hours and a follow-up call. Definitely not recommended, for both lack of services as well as for plainly lying on their website about the services they offer.
