Friendly owner, quiet place, not expensive

A fantastic and very lovingly designed campsite with everything a camper could wish for. No toilet facilities, but why bother? We're traveling with a motorhome. Water and sewage disposal is available, but basic. A dishwashing facility with hot water is available. The pitches are spacious enough, and even heavy motorhomes can park here on the lawn. There's a common area, which I affectionately call the "living room," with a ping-pong table, seating, a reading corner, and you can use a microwave, bread oven, coffee machine, etc. There's also a kiosk where you can find everything you've forgotten and even buy souvenirs. Yes... the highway is nearby, but we didn't find it a problem. The owner is super friendly and even speaks excellent German. Dogs are allowed, and you can take a stroll right by the adjacent Casteleijnsplas. There's a lovely restaurant near a lake. We ended up here by chance, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for the wonderful days; we'll definitely come back.

Nice and quiet, like a familiar place to stay, it's good price with almost all you need, a little shop with a bit of everything, a place to empty the toilet, grey waters, or space to clean the dishes.... It has an area to chill, cook or enjoy the views, and a great walk around the Forest, the guy is super friendly and the woman at the shop is lovely !! Shower it's cold, if it's already the sun going down, but at the place to wash the dishes it is warm water where i took a bucket and used it in the shower, so no big deal. Totally recommended!!! We will come back for sure 😊😊😊😊
