The campsite is called “mini”—and that’s not marketing, that’s just literally true. So mini that my wife Els had already started building miniature bricks on the way because she thought we would never get there otherwise. And honestly: we really couldn't find it. Just when we thought “this isn't going to work,” Els got another one of those pings: johnnys vintage and leathers – discount on leather goods Her brain gone, navigation gone, mini-campsite gone. Whole atmosphere gone. And Harm? Meanwhile, he was completely distracted by a miniskirt walking past. Half of our conversation wasn't about the campsite anymore, but about: “How does that thing even stay on?” “Are those legs or paws of a gazelle?” “Why are they moving faster than our driving speed?” Anyway, we arrived after all. And honestly? It really is mini, but it is neat. Small huts, small field, small steps; everything cute, like standing in a Playmobil set. If you are looking for a grand nature experience: nope. If you just want to get lost for a bit on grounds that are actually too small to get lost on: perfect. Els still wanted to play Mini-Steck. Harm was still busy with the mini-skirt. I was mainly happy that we didn't have to eat noodles at 11:30 for another 3.5 weeks. In short: a nice campsite. Small, manageable, getting lost a bit, a bit of Etsy-crazy-report-chaos, a bit of a legs-in-mini-skirt story, but hey: that’s vacation, right? Five stars for the size. Mini, but memorable.

A friendly welcome from the manager and a warm farewell. Spotless facilities. Hygienic conditions were top-notch: shower, sinks, toilets... The gypsy wagon was more spacious than we expected and equipped with cutlery, crockery, pans, and a patio set. The oven, refrigerator, and stovetop worked well. Beautiful Gelderland farmhouses in a lush setting! And then that sunset from the balcony.

A small, well-maintained, and very neat campsite. No frills. Tidy pitch. Clean sanitary facilities and a small seating area. The very friendly owner, Evert, is quick to respond and easy to navigate. Wonderfully close to the Veluwe. Beautiful areas with endless hiking and cycling opportunities. Numerous cycle paths are nearby.
