There with our camper. Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just a couple of issues. Nearest sanitary was not functioning correctly. Boiler was down so zero hot water. Needed to walk a good 10 mins to get to the showers. Some of the paths were badly/inadequately light at night so very hard to see where you were walking. Otherwise full of praise. Swimming pool was fantastic. Site for our camper was brilliant. Again staff very helpful. Will definitely recommend and return 👌

Beautiful site. Clean and well maintained facilties. Pool, slides, playground and beach were all excellent. We especially enjoyed the convenient boat hire. Shop and take away food were also handy and had lots of good options.

De Kuilart’s main point of attraction is the location and they know it. It’s just very nicely situated on Johan Frisokanaal, between the IJsselmeer and the inland lakes. Which is great because you don’t want to spend too much time there. I‘ve watched the place going downhill for quite a few years now. Service has gone down while prices have gone up and up. Exponentially raised parking fees, deteriorating and smelly bungalows, diminishing portions at the restaurant, removed paper towels, many little things that leave the impression of owners who care most about the last cent they can squeeze out of you, rather than someone who cares about their guests. In summary, a good place to start going elsewhere.
