What a wonderful end to the 2025 camping season at Solse Berg. A beautiful campsite, clean sanitary facilities, very friendly staff, spacious pitches, and such tranquility. The surrounding area is stunning, with so many hiking and cycling routes. Thanks for allowing us to stay the weekend, even though the season ended on Friday, October 31st! Beautiful campsite. Excellent sanitary facilities. Most pitches have private bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. It's one large, well-organized field with playground equipment, a sandbox, and a trampoline in the center. The manager is very pleasant and regularly stops by for a chat. Near Garderen, where you'll find two supermarkets, a bakery, bike rentals, and much more. There's also an ice cream parlor with an incredible variety of ice cream flavors. Highly recommended for an ice cream treat.

A lovely, friendly campsite with many amenities. We were allowed to pitch on the sports field behind the campsite. That was nice, because it was very hot and there was more shade there. However, you do miss some of the atmosphere of the field. There were also a few too few showers (with too soft a spray) for the ladies. Tip for the campsite owner: Put some air freshener in the toilet. Tip for guests: The village church is nice for a Sunday. The area is also great for cycling. For example, visit the white peacocks at Staverden estate. A few recommendations for restaurants: De Garderense Berg, Buds Tolhuys. Enjoy swimming at the Openlucht Boschbad in Apeldoorn and the Zandenplas near Nunspeet.
