We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service. The sinks were clogged, and in two rooms there was no water in the showers at all. The jacuzzi was not working. There were no bed linens or towels provided. The sauna kept turning off and did not function properly. We would also like to emphasize the terrible attitude of the staff. We complained multiple times, but no action was taken to resolve the issues. We rented the house specifically for the sauna and jacuzzi, but unfortunately we did not receive the promised comfort and amenities. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. ⸻ If you would like, I can also prepare a more formal version for management or a stronger version for a public review.

A calm stay with a very lovely and receptive staff! Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay, the hotel lodge is a personal recommendation for couples that are thinking about staying at de Boshoek. PS. make sure to have some time to do one of their hikes, we took 3 hours for the nearest one by foot and it was worth it!

Very nice service and clean place. We were here mid-week so it was pretty calm. The Electronic key system to your vacation home is cool. You have everything within the compound, from playground, to pizza, to bowling. Nice concept!
