Eurocamp reception was ok. Check in is at 4pm. We arrived just not long before 4 from the UK. There was a bit of a queue. It's mobile home type of set up with a ramp opposite to the reception for the holiday park. It's not obvious to view on arrival. It was a little slow but obviously the man on duty had to be thorough and check details and tell people all the information that they needed to know. Luckily it wasn't raining. The reception for other holiday companies looked much nicer, especially if weather wasn't good.

Stayed in a Premium Azure, it was fine. No oven, but BBQ, microwave and 4 hobs, meant cooking was slightly limited but fine. Toilet on one side, with shower and sink on the other side, slightly weird but workable. Beds like camp beds and not very comfortable, and the same for the sofas. Clean and well located within the park and close to the pools and main hub. The lake makes for a nice change to a sea-side and while murky it was shallow for a while and the sand on the beach area was nice. This made for a welcome change to the pools, which were fairly small and very crowded. The on site Spar, good enough to live from for a week. With the snack bar doing classic Dutch food, pizza and burgers. A big issue with the park is the very little to no signs, or menus in English, so a lot of translation needed, with phone translators. Given there were a fair few Brits there, seemed like it might have helped. Overall, a nice Eurocamp with plenty to do, but a week is probably the max you'd want to be here.

Ok staff need to be more visible and easy to find. Give a little personal touch to customers a d explain where local shops and other attractions are.
