Half of our vacation has passed here, and so far, the experience has been great! The animation team for the children is great and enthusiastic. Our campground is good, what we booked and nothing more (or less). The shared bathrooms and showers are cleaned often and looked great, but the shower experience leaves a lot to be desired. The showers have a timer of 5 minutes and 4 seconds, and when it runs out, the shower shuts off. The weird 4 seconds is probably the warm-up time, but it takes 1 minute and 45 seconds before the shower is anywhere near warm. This leaves little time to Olympic style speed wash yourself. Additional risk is the fixed showerhead which is pointed at such a close angle towards the temperature control knob you have to be carefull not to bump into it and shut off the sower or worse and bump into it somewhere the knob shouldn't be... The swimming pools are nice, the adult outdoor is plain but nice looking. The kiddy pool is great looking and serves its purpose just fine. The indoor pool is great for the teens. It has a slide, a jet stream, and three whirlpool areas. (Pro tip: If you experience the same shower issues as we did, shower here. It has hot showers without the timeout of freezing patience, haha) All in all, I would consider returning here every few years. It was well worth the price! The surrounding area, outside of the camping, is also really nice.

The site has some great facilities and staff who work here are professional and polite from my experience. My biggest gripe is washing up facilities, and toilets are too few for the number of people who need to use them, there is only cold water in the toilets too, with hot water in the showers room, but no soap in that room, the site is large and can incur a reasonable walk to get to the toilet / shower block. I appreciate last week of July first few days of August is peak period but these two aspects queuing to wash dishes and too few toilets put me of re-visiting what is nice location and site.
