The location is beautiful with lots to do with kids. The place is well kept. The pool and sand experiences were great. The glamping services were good and children loved the experience. What let us all down was the reception staff. Upon arrival we were hardly welcomed, asked if from eurocamp, which we were not, and asked to keep a car outside the park, when we had booked the car and they insisted. being car less with two small children was a real burden. at the end of our stay, they admitted we had access. with no apology or token to make up for shortcoming. Being nice and apologetic ,when you wrong tona client is the least you can offer.

Pros: swimming pool is fun for small children, bike hire is reasonably priced. Nice BMX track and playgrounds. Friendly staff on reception. Convenient drive to Efteling. Cons: toilets in public areas are pretty bad - we saw poo on the floor of toilets multiple times. Often no soap. The surrounding area isn’t particularly picturesque and there are limited places to visit nearby. We used Estivo Travel to book accommodation which was a very poor experience. Chalet was dirty. Check in was slow and confusing, and we weren’t able to book any activities in advance. Estivo told us this didn’t matter and we ended up missing out on things that were fully booked when we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at this camp site in our VW campervan. The facilities were amazing. Staff were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special shout out to the cleaners who work so hard to keep the bathrooms and toilets immaculate. They bike around and do an amazing job. Please pass this on.
