Calm and peaceful area , days well spent . We stayed in Big 5 safari tent and enjoyed it . Kids got plenty of activities and pictorial guest service area and beekse bergen lake resort swing near Etsi pool . Spar at Ganvi Village is added advantage to guests and visitors. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a zebra jungalow at Lakeside Resort. Although the photos of the accommodation looked nice, I think the photographer has done a great job as in reality things were a little rough around the edges. Cleanliness wasn't great unfortunately - it wasn't completely filthy but was certainly in need of a deep clean. Things like smeared children's handprints all over the glass doors and TV screen, a bag of rubbish left on the front door step, old duck poo all over the patio, muddy door mats etc. We had just come from staying at Het Meerdal Center Parcs so they had set the bar high in terms of accommodation and how clean it was. On the positive side, it's a beautiful location. It's easy to cycle around over to Speeland and the safari. The safari park is really well done. It's a unique and quirky holiday which is great for kids.

Pros: The accommodation is well equipped. The kitchens are great with everything you need. The facilities are good and not too expensive. The surrounding nature is beautiful. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Cons: Had a few issues with the hot water although they were resolved. The noise wasn't super well regulated. Lots of kids still screaming and running round at 10pm. It was the most clean cabin. It was acceptable but not super clean. Overall - it was a good stay. It was worth the money. Id come back.
