I stayed on a tent camping pitch for one night during a cycle touring holiday. The sanitary facilities are very good but you have to pay one euro to operate the shower. The holiday park has a compact and cozy feel. There were a lot of families with young children staying there at the time of my visit. The children all enjoyed the pedal karts and play areas. There is a restaurant on site if you don’t want to cook lunch and dinner. Bead, cheese, and cured meats can be pre ordered for breakfast.

For visitors coming from the uk in motorhomes, it’s worth looking elsewhere, the travel tax was hiked up to almost 30 euros for 2 people, pitches were all on top of others and they close the gates to access the site between 8pm-9am and between 11am-1am which adds restrictions to what you can plan If you’re looking to stay in one of the rooms then you may find it better as cars for the rooms have parking outside the gate! Not one we plan to return to on future bookings.

Lovely little campsite, we only stayed one night. After arriving via Hoek van Holland on the way into Germany. Very friendly, clean toilets and showers. There is an app you can download to order food and drink straight to your pitch, very handy when you habe just arrived with only essential supplies. Will definitely visit again.
