Very nice campsite Especially with young kids

We were looking for a camping site for our last day in the Netherlands before leaving from Eindhoven airport. Despite the fact that we found cheaper camping sites in the area we have chosen this one because of its facilities we thought would be open. Late June we have been told that restaurant-bar was closed, neither any activities for the kids were running, reception was closed at 5p.m. too. They gave us a coin to exit the camping at 6a.m. The girl at the reception was very polite but she didn't inform us that we would need a card to open the bin for rubbish and open/close the barrier whenever you want. Rubbish was important for us because we had to return the campervan we have rented clean at 7 o'clock in the morning. We appreciate that they answered the phone almost midnight while we were looking for the chemical toilet point. They explained us that they didn't give us the card because they needed a deposit for this and that they wouldn't be able to reimburse the deposit at 6 a.m. However, they should have explained the rubbish policy to us in advance and they could also transfer the money to an account somehow. We needed to go to the supermarket but as we had only one coin just to exit in the morning we had to walk to it - that it was 20 min away only one way. Additionally, they have planted some bush where there is no point and they just make your parking procedure more difficult. However, I believe this camping site has the potential to be a great place especially for families. Unfortunately, we had to face those difficulties and didn't have the chance of using its facilities mostly because of our short stay I suppose. Latest but not least, we have visited 9 camping areas during our trip and it was the only one where they insisted to give them the exact names and dates of birth of all of us (also kids) without giving us any explanation.

I come at night, can't order place because was to late . I'm take a sit and snooze. When awaken start thinking about problems, but no. Personal was very nice, ask me about problem, my bicycle was damaged, after was owner I think. Start calling someone. They want help me. Thank you so much!!!
