We had a wonderful time. The start wasn't quite as expected, but afterward, it was wonderfully relaxing. The tent was spacious enough for our family with two young children and a teenager. We had an extra cardboard tent they could decorate and play in. We slept opposite the beach bar, which allowed us to get everywhere quickly. Ideal. The adjacent Hemels park is also great for kids. Top: Very good entertainment Nice beach bar HEAVENLY EXPERIENCE Recommended: Parasols for everyone at the picnic tables. Camping shop Mention the Air Force planes, as there were a lot of them on Friday and Monday morning. My three-year-old daughter was quite shocked.

It's great that the campsite is next to a park like Hemelrijk; the park is fantastic! The campsite itself is poorly managed, if at all. In one weekend, we reported the toilets/facilities to them six times, complaining that they were dirty, out of toilet paper, etc., but unfortunately, little or nothing was done about it. It remained dirty/filthy, making it unpleasant to use. Furthermore, there's almost no hot water, and the showers are cold and the dishes are washed in cold water. We stayed in the camping area, which isn't cheap (€75 per night), so you'd expect the facilities to be good and clean. The activities are fun for the kids, like the belly slide. Unfortunately, there's a lack of a mature/managerial approach, rather than the young girls who roam around. It's nice for a weekend, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend the campsite to anyone. A day trip to the park is also fine.

We spent a long weekend with two young children, aged 1.5 years and 4 months. This was our first time camping. We had a wonderful time. It's a beautiful, atmospheric campsite with plenty of entertainment. The restrooms were clean, and the showers were excellent. There were plenty of play opportunities for the kids on the campsite, as well as at Billybird Park next door. It's a fantastic park for hours of fun. In our opinion, it's a perfect campsite by the water, where they've thought of everything. You can even rent a BBQ and order a BBQ meat package. You can pick up fresh rolls in the morning to enjoy in front of your tent. We'll be enjoying this for a long time to come and will definitely be back.
