We had a great time. We went the theatre a few times für a play and crafts. The indoor pool area is small but it’s warm and for our small kids it was enough. We are hoping to make it back next year, this time in summer. Awesome place, awesome staff and great park. Thanks

We stayed at Kampeerdorp de Zandstuve with our two young children , and it was easily one of the best family-friendly campsites we’ve visited. Everything is set up with kids in mind — from the spotless sanitary facilities , to the fantastic animation program that kept our eldest entertained from morning to night.

The facilities exceeded our expectations. We booked a tunnel tent for three days (19,20,21 April), and this was our first camping experience in the Netherlands. We highly recommend this campsite, especially for beginners. Every penny we spent was worth it — the attention to detail in the tent setup was impressive. Everything we needed during our stay was already provided. Although there was a nice compact heater in the tent, we suggest bringing a few extra blankets, especially for expats who may feel colder than the locals. The temperature-controlled swimming pool was a great bonus for the kids — they absolutely loved it. The campsite also has ample play areas and activities for children, which adds to the comfort for families with young ones. The washrooms were spotless and well-maintained, with enough facilities to avoid long queues. The tent itself was clean and hygienic. Parking was conveniently located right next to our tent, so there was no need to carry our luggage over long distances. The surrounding area is beautiful, with opportunities for peaceful forest walks. Last but not least, the staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile — creating a very positive and warm atmosphere. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement: the check-out time (10 AM) is quite early compared to the check-in time (3 PM). A slightly later check-out time, around 12:30 or 1 PM, would allow guests to enjoy a relaxed morning and breakfast before departure. We would definitely love to stay here again.
