We booked this campsite for 5 nights for the start of our 3 week holiday visiting The Netherlands, Belgium and France from the UK. It was fantastic! The most child/family orientated campsite I have been to whilst maintaining a really natural/ relaxed vibe. The facilities were brilliant and clean, the baby bath and changing surface was really helpful for our 1 year old and I felt confident letting our 5 and 8 year old roam free of the play area and go kart/ tractor barn. The craft activities were really well planned and the face painting was incredible! The location is fantastic too! We walked to the beach one day and cycled to Middelburg, Koudekerke , Vlissingen and Dishoek, and Westkapelle all very doable with a 1 5 and 8 year old with the help of a tandem bike rented last minute nearby!! My only pointers for improvement would be to - somehow prevent the chickens from being a nuisance jumping into tents / campervans ( but then my kids equally loved seeing them so 🤷‍♀️!) and to have a communal washing line near the washing machine facility. Wow, what a welcome to the Netherlands. Such a relaxed, clean and quiet site!!! The facilities were immaculate, the pitches large so you're not on top of one another. The play facilities were adored by our 5 and 4 year old and the go-karts, just fab. This is our favourite campsite ever and will take a lot to beat. The location is a 5 min bike ride to the beach too.
